No returns accepted

Please note: We do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are final. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles.

Exchange window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange your item for a different size or style.

Eligibility for exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchange requirements

All exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included
  • Items must be exchanged within the specified exchange window

How to exchange an item

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange and your preferred replacement
  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item for a higher-priced item, you will be charged the difference.

Non-exchangeable items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items sourced in upon request.
  • Final sale or clearance items
